We undertook a similar approach to last year’s in assessing material issues for Fuji Xerox Australia. Our materiality process was informed by the AA1000 and GRI principles on report quality. The primary difference was in step four, where we engaged a cross section of employees in place of the sustainability advisory board. Input from the advisory board was captured via interviews in step one so their expert insights could inform our process.
The output of our materiality process is presented in the following matrix and we address each of these issues in our sustainability report. See our commitments to key stakeholders diagram for a guide to where each issue is primarily addressed in the report.
